We reserve the right to modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website with or without notice to you, and you continuing to access the website confirms that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website.

Orders

We will endeavour to fulfil all orders placed. However, there may be instances beyond our control where this may not happen and in these circumstances we will do all that is possible to resolve the issue. Your order will be based upon our product prices and delivery charges in force at the time you submit your order inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate. If the prices or charges are different from those published this will be brought to your attention before we accept your order and will give you the option to cancel your order before we accept it.

All legal disputes related to card processing are handled under United Kingdom law.

Colours and images are displayed as accurately as possible but we cannot guarantee that display of colours will be accurate on all devices used to view the website. Please order samples before you order to ensure they are correct to your requirements.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of these are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Products made by Cementd are hand-made and hand-finished. Each piece is unique and, therefore, variations in texture, dimension, colour and aggregate distribution and exposure within a final product may occur and are considered an inherent property of our handmade products.

Cementd are not liable for any customer issues with stains, marks, chipping on scratches post delivery of your product.

Termination

These terms and conditions are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these terms and conditions at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our services, or when you cease using our site.

If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these terms and conditions we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
