How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our sinks are handmade to order. Our website will be updated if we are no longer creating a particular design or colour.
 
Can I order colour samples?
Yes, you can order samples of our 28 curated colour palette. You can purchase these through our website. Please note, these are for colour reference only – finished products are sealed with a high grade sealer and the texture and colour may differ slightly.
 
What is the lead time for an order?
As each sink is unique and handmade to order, the lead time will be 8 - 10 weeks.  We will update you on your basin progress and let you know when its ready to be dispatched.
 
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs are included within your product price so there will be no extra charge at checkout. You can view our full delivery and returns policy on our website.
 
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, we will send an email confirming dispatch which will include a tracking number once your order has been made and is ready to send..
 
How do I return an item if I change my mind?
As each product is individually made to order so we do not accept returns unless it has been agreed to be faulty or defective. Please see our full returns policy on our website. 
 
Is your product online only?
Yes, currently that is the case, however if you would like to arrange an appointment to see a sample in person, please contact us at info@cementd.com 
 
Do you have instructions on how to care for concrete products?
We do! Please read our Cementd care guide listed on each product page.

Are all your basin finished identical?
Never! Although they are totally identical in size and shape, each sink is completely unique as they are individually handmade. Each pour and movement in the mould, causes the cast to set slightly differently each time creating tiny pinholes and a subtle patina. It’s a beautiful process. 
 
How do I install my sink?
We would recommend you speak to your bathroom fitter to work out the best way to mount or reinforce your basin for installation. However, we are always here to help so please do reach out to  info@cementd.com if you have any questions.
 
Do you sell wall mount brackets?
We do! If your basin works with a wall mount you can select to purchase one on the individual product page.
Do note, if you are mounting your concrete basin on wall mounts and you would like to achieve an 'invisible mounting' then the wall mount brackets need to be chased into the wall or mounted prior to any tiling work. Please contact info@cementd.com if you have any questions or need further guidance.
 
Can you pre cut holes for my taps?
Absolutely! We ask that you supply your tap hole specifications so that we can create your sink to your fittings required. Please email info@cementd.com when you have your measurements ready. We will not dispatch your order until these have been received if we have been notified upon receipt of your order.
 
Do you use sustainable packaging?
We actively choose packaging made from recycled materials and that can be recycled, wherever possible.  We also try to reuse packaging that we have received.
