Returns Policy

We hope you are happy with your order but in the unlikely case that you are not 100% satisfied and you are looking to return or exchange your order, we’re here to help! We accept returns within 28 days of purchase. You can return your product for a credit, or a refund to the original payment method. 

Unless the item has been agreed to be faulty or defective, we are unable to exchange products – the original one will need to be returned as detailed below and then a new one purchased via the website.
Please note the following exceptions to our returns and refund policy:

• No return or exchange on discounted items
• Not returned in original product packaging
• Visible signs of wear or use

Please ensure you include the completed returns form to help our team identify your order and to understand the reasons for return. It takes up to five working days to process a return though this may be longer without a completed returns form.  The cost of returning an item is your responsibility and you remain responsible for your item(s) until signed for by us.

Possible reasons for return:

• Disappointed with the product quality
• Product arrived faulty or damaged
• Other reason – please give full description on returns form
